People from all across the globe access this website. But before they explore this site and book a holiday tour, the clients must read the terms & conditions illustrated below. It is mandatory to obey the policies without restriction or reservation. Booking a vacation through our Company indicates that you have accepted all the terms and conditions before proceeding.

Booking your Holiday:

  • Your holiday contract with the Company is subject to these terms and conditions.
  • The Company will communicate about the holiday via the address provided on the booking form.
  • Book the holiday through a certified agent of the Company. Submit a complete Company booking form with 50% of the total booking cost at the time of reservation.
  • The Company confirms a holiday booking by issuing a written notice. They can cancel a booking without stating any reason and will return the deposit received.
  • Submit your holiday payment at least 30 days before the departure date. Otherwise, the Company reserves the authority to cancel the booking and retain the submitted deposit. The individual signing the booking form guarantees payment of the total amount shown on the booking form under these conditions. Ensure your full payment by the due date. You will not get additional reminders.
  • To book within 30 days of your departure date, submit full payment at the time of booking.
  • Mention a special dietary request or other requirements in the booking form (if any).
  • The Company will provide the service as written in the booking form.

Price Policy of the Company:

  • The Company is not committed to providing a breakdown of the holiday costs.
  • The Company is authorized to inform you of the price increase before accepting your booking.
  • After issuing the Confirmation Invoice, your holiday cost is conditional to the possibility of surcharges in specific limited circumstances except if you choose to complete payment for your holiday at the time of booking. However, a surcharge will only be charged to allow for changes in transportation costs, such as fuel cost, increase in usual published airfares, taxes subjected to services, including landing taxes at airports, the exchange rate applied to the respective package or if the government or regulatory body introduce an increase of taxes. In these circumstances, the Company will absorb 2% of your holiday price (except insurance premiums and amendment charges) before imposing any surcharge on you. Only amounts over this 2% will be surcharged. You will be notified about surcharges via a revised Confirmation Invoice sent to you.
  • If a surcharge would increase by 10% or more of the total holiday cost shown on your original Confirmation Invoice, you reserve the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the date of issue of the revised Invoice. The Company will fully refund all the payments and amendment charges.
  • Also, you can pay for your holiday in full when booking. In this case, your holiday cost will be fixed as quoted by the Company. To enjoy this privilege, you should return the Confirmation Invoice to the Company with full payment to contact the Company within 7 days of the date printed on the Confirmation Invoice.
  • The above financial obligations offered by the Company mean they cannot reduce the holiday cost.

Cancellation and Modifications by the Company:

  • Sometimes, it becomes mandatory to modify your holiday, and the Company secures the authority to do so at any time. However, the clients will be informed of the changes made. In case a significant change to your tour is required (mentioning that it does not arise from occasions beyond the Company’s control), the clients have the right (a) to accept the change of arrangements, (b) to buy another holiday from our Company or (c) to cancel their holiday. The Campany will compensate in cases of significant change as listed below.
  • However, there will be no compensation for minor modifications, including minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used, and restaurant and accommodation shifts to an equivalent or superior standard.
  • Significant changes are listed as cancellations, changes to your UK airport, delays of over 12 hours in departure or return, and accommodation changes to an inferior standard.
  • No amount will not be paid for modifications induced by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or artificial disaster, fire, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, unfavorable weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond the Company’s control. It is essential to secure satisfactory travel insurance.
  • The Company secures the authority to cancel your holiday at any time before sending a confirmatory notice before the departure day. In this case, the Company will refund your full money. No compensation will be payable.
  • Transportation is committed to the conditions of carriage of the carrier. Among them, some may limit or exclude liability. These conditions are often the subject of international agreements between international governments, and copies of the conditions, which apply to your holiday journey, will usually be found on the carrier’s tickets.
  • The Company will consider the booking canceled and impose the cancellation charges on you if you do not pay the balance of the holiday price at least 30 days before departure.
  • The Company also has the authority to refuse any person as a tour member if they think that the individual can risk the health, safety, and enjoyment of others. In this case, the Company’s sole liability and the client’s sole remedy will be restricted to a refund of any monies paid, excluding the charges for services used and administrative fees.
